Bought this dryer in March 2025. The latch for the door broke so it wouldn't stay closed. We were able to put a 5 gallon bucket of paint up against it to get it to run. Called to get it fixed. They came out twice and didn't fix it. They said the part isn't available. They are supposed to refund the money. We shall see. ... show more

I’ve had this dryer a few months and always use the high heat setting because it dries the best. The other settings take a double cycle so I prefer the “high heat 54 minute cycle” it completely dries my towels and clothes the first cycle. It works well and looks really nice.
