This thing is almost perfect and its flaw is easy to fix, if the company gets the word, and the customer just may be right. The tilt spring must of come off a 5 ton truck. You will hurt yourself if you try to tilt the cutting head with your face. It should tilt at like 3 grams instead of the 15 pounds you need now. So I just dont try. Letting facial hair go for too long means painful cutting whether electric razor or disposable. This brings it back to 5-o'clock shadow length. Sometimes I just stop there. But otherwise allows me to get back to regular shaving without yanking out hair! Keeps it's power for a long time between charging. Cuts in both directions, no pain.
