This XBOX X is a really nice console. Easy to navigate. Easy to find new games to download. Performance is really good but I still think PS5 is better. But hey, I own both now and that is a good thing since both systems have exclusive games I like. This one has Rift Breaker which is a blast and soon, Starfield will be out in September. Gotta have this console to play that, or a PC. I have a PC but prefer to lay in bed and play my consoles on a 65" 4K screen with a Bose sound system. Live it up! ... show more

The product itself is fine, but I could not believe the flimsy, most horrifying packaging it came in as an electronics item which should have been packed with extra care!!! As we picked up the package which already was damaged and corners ripped, we were sure that the product inside was going to be returned because of the damages during shipping. It turned out that the original packaging of the item was so carefully done, thank you Microsoft!, that the sellers horrible job could not damage the item. I am buying so much from Amazon through the years and this is the first time I experience this kind of bad job for shipping process from the third party. Anything Amazon ships directly comes always so carefully wrapped, even a box of printer paper with bubble wrap around it in a larger box! The fan doesn't work on the Xbox and isn't cooling the system off. This was supposed to be a brand new Xbox but it was used.
