    • It does work even if it has some non English writing on it!
Many reviewers have complained there is non-English writing on them but that does not affect whether it works. It does work. You simply tear off the cover that hides the code, and type the 25 digit code in on your xbox console, or online at your Microsoft account page. The number is not foreign LOL. If you were expecting to be able to read the instructions, you really don't need to. It's easy. You can do it in a browser, just go to xbox.com there will be links to follow to "redeem a code" Or on your xbox 360 console, Sign in to the Microsoft account for which you want to use the prepaid code. Press the Guide button on your controller. Select Games & Apps, and then select Redeem Code. On an xbox One, From the Home screen, scroll right to Store. Under Games, select Use a code. This card will give you the full year of Live on all your consoles. It saves you a little money compared to buying it directly from Microsoft. ... show more

I bought this card because it was slightly cheaper here than other websites. I have had xbox live gold for 10 years (according to my profile) and so I just buy this once a year whenever they get lower than $55 (I think it is $60 for 12 months directly from microsoft). I haven't had a problem with a code in all this time. If you are looking at getting this card as a gift, make sure that the recipient has an xbox 360 and/or xbox one, internet connection, and that should be all that is needed. ... show more

It's a card with the code for Xbox Live. It works and now I can whoop up on all those kids online, plus I get the free games from Xbox every month for having a subscription. The same exact product you get from Microsoft or any store, but much cheaper here. As an added bonus, my Xbox Live card came with a free month to EA Access for free, I'm not using it, but it is a nice bonus. ... show more

Got the card. Scratched the code and entered the code in some how xbox live messed up and said code was used. Customer service at xbox live sucked. So I contacted Red Dot through Amazon. They replied with in minutes. I emailed them back a picture of the code I had. They emailed me back with in minutes with a new xbox live code. Worked. Great service. ... show more

Was kinda on the edge about buying this because it's normally 60$ and for it to be priced at 49.99$ had me doubting whether or not it was real. Just got it in the mail today, a week earlier than it said it would be here so that's great, code worked perfectly fine. Worth the buy, thank you!
