it's what is to be expected
This is what I ordered. I thought I had broken my $100 surface pen by pressing too hard on the screen with it. It actually just needed a new nib, as the original was bent. Won't talk about the fact that there is a proprietary pen with proprietary parts for an overpriced tablet....

These are great.
Im a heavy handed artist and i use my surface pro a lot for digital art on the go. After about 3 months i broke the tip of my surface pro pen. I ordered these to replace it and i must say theyre fantastic. its nice to have different types of hardness for drawing. Ill probably be getting the 5 pack soon. I recommend these to anyone who has the surface pen. Theyre a bit expensive but its nice to have a few extra tips handy just in case. ... show more

3 tips only!
Broke mine and needed a replacement. They arrive on time. And they're OK, but I don't feel any difference between the nibs to be honest. Doesn't come with tool but I just pressed it in from the tip and I guess it works? Not sure how hard to push it in though. I just stopped when I felt like I hit the spring and it didn't fell out. As for the broken piece, I unscrew the pen and remove tip by pulling it and it came out pretty easily. ... show more

Excellent product!
I was really happy to get this product ahead of its delivery date, but on top of that really like the variety of options the new tips give me for drawing on my surface pro. Excellent quality, and the packaging double as a storage case.

Handy
I bought these when the original tip in my surface pen broke. The replacement tips are fine, except I only use the tip that was the same as the original one, since that feels the most natural to me. I really like the feel since it's just like the original, and it is nice to have the extra tips in the future in case I want to change my screen writing/drawing experience. ... show more
