Started taking some high dose B1 and feel better
Style: Benfotiamine 600mg - Bioavailable B1
Feel much more alive and able to breathe better naturally after realizing I was critically low in B1 and bought these after a Darren Schmidt YT video I watched recently. I like these and they seem to work really well. However, they are bigger than the picture makes them out to be. I have trouble taking some pills but these seem to be okay as they don’t get stuck.. I do wish they were smaller because I have others who I’d love to take them but they can’t take the bigger pills. No after taste.

Very Good Micro Vitamin B1
Style: Benfotiamine 600mg - Bioavailable B1
I really purchased this for my husband, but decided to use it myself. The problem I found is not at all with the product, but with the distribution. The package had been cut open... despite that, the product is great.

B1 not included in reg vitamins
Style: Vitamin B1 Thiamine 500mg
Vitamin B1 is not included in regular vitamins for children or Adults. Nor is it included in any other combinations of Vitamin B products. It stands alone because most people get it from their food. As we get older it becomes harder to get enough not eating regular meals or enough exercise. It's an important item to keep in your system due to its use of being so important to our blood system. If you're getting swollen feet and legs and you've been checked for diabetes and your clear the swelling is most likely to be from dead red blood cells gathering in the legs and feet. Ya it happens. Vitamin B1 helps to remove dead cells that appear to be water build up its not water down there. It's a build up of cells that can't get out. I'm not a doctor but a doctor explained it to me in very simple terms after I was cleared of other problems.

B1 is so important to good health
Style: Benfotiamine 600mg - Bioavailable B1
Dr. Darren Schmidt who I found on YouTube touches on the importance of B1 in out diet. Especially anyone who has stressful events in their life or has been exposed to mold, various other things can wipe out your store of B1 which he says is a “delicate” vitamin and needs to be replenished daily. He feels it is one of the singular most important vitamins we can take. He has a recommended therapeutic dose for people needing to recover their health ongoing ill effects of low B1. I just received my order and am looking forward to seeing how this turns out. Will update.

Difficult to swallow
Style: Benfotiamine 600mg - Bioavailable B1
This is a great value, however for me the shape of this product is difficult to swallow. Most likely will not purchase again unless they change the shape.
