I ordered this on a whim. I have never owned a Michael Kors bag - my usual go-to brands are Brighton and Coach. I was sort of surprised at how much I like this bag. I carry my office to work and back home. I have all of my computer and paper-related items in a rolling mobile office bag. But I also have been 'lugging' a purse AND a nice quality diaper bag (Ju Ju Be) to carry snacks, sweaters, make-up and other things along with my rolling mobile office bag. I can tell you that the weight I carry with this tote bag significantly improved when I switched my misc. items over to it. Additionally, you would think that since my diaper bag had numerous storage pockets, I would miss the organization of things. However, this is not so. When I was carrying the diaper bag, I frequently had to search for nearly everything, as there were TOO many hiding spots! Not so, with this MK tote - there are only a few pockets inside with a large open area; my items are easily retrieved now and do not get lost! The fabric on the outside is beautiful and the tote itself is lightweight. I have carried it all week to work and I have ditched my purse on work days as I only need to throw my wallet into the tote since it is carrying all of my other necessary items. This Tote is not 100% perfect though and I there are a few things I wish I could change. For one, the straps are very thin and although they have not 'bitten' into my shoulders yet, I do think it would be more comfortable to tote over my shoulder if the straps were wider and possibly even made of webbing material. Secondly, I do wish they sold a separate organizer to go inside the bag, as an organizer would be ideal for someone who wants to utilize this as a daily purse. My daughter has an MK tote and I asked her how she liked it. She told me she 'hates it' and immediately showed me the inside of her tote where everything was 'dumped' inside. I told her to get an organizer for it but was shocked to see that MK doesn't sell organizers to fit into their totes like some other high-end brands. For my purposes, this Tote is IDEAL as I am not using it for a purse. I am extremely happy I ordered it! ... show more

I am absolutely obsessed with this large tote bag. It is just the size I need. It is functional on a day to day basisi, and it is arge enough to hold my laptop, wallet, snacks, water bottle, folders, but it doesn't feel too bulky or in the way. It keeps all these things well organized and the multiple pockets helps to keep clutter minimal. I had a hard time deciding on the color, but I ultimately went with the beige color, and it is gorgeous. So far it has kept clean and held up with it being packed full. Very durable! ... show more
