I replaced my wife's Coach purse with this one after many, many reviews of MK. Kate Spade and Coach. She loves the size! The quality seems top notch so far. It zips to protect the contents but also has side pockets for easy to access items.

I was looking for a purse that wouldn't collapse, this one definitely does not. It's a little stiff, but that's OK. Inside is very roomy, the side pocket is perfect to put my phone in. It's very beautiful, will probably last the rest of my life

I purchased a while ago. The bag was purchased for work so it was used everyday. The bag is very sturdy and I was able to use it for a long time. After a while, there were some signs of wear and tear in the straps as pieces of threads could be seen coming out of the straps which I had to snip off, hence the four star review
