I bought this for my wife. Here's her review: I love this necklace! The cross is cute and not too big. I wanted something small and simple that will fit every occasion without stealing the spotlight. I am not the biggest jewelry person, but I am absolutely in love with his necklace. I wear it every day! I had it 4 days now and had no issues so far. The lock seems to be falling down time to time, which always happens with necklaces so I wouldn't consider it as a flaw. I don't know if this is actually sterling silver or that if it is ''waterproof'' or will it start to discolor over time. I always remove it before shower, so I can't really comment on that. I have been looking for a cross necklace for some time and my search was over when I came across this little necklace. The cross is delicate and subtle with a sparkly silver shine as it reflects light. It’s very understated which is exactly what I was looking for, a quiet and unobtrusive statement of faith. The little cross is perfect but the clasp on the chain is definitely not and one star was deducted for that. You practically need a microscope to find it and once you find it you’re driven to distraction trying to fasten it. Whoever can fasten this thing within an hour should get a Nobel Prize. As others mention, this holds up well and doesn’t tarnish. I have been using this for months now and I exercise everyday into a sweaty mess with this on and it’s still shiny and new. I like that it’s small, don’t even feel it’s there, and I always wear tucked in my shirt, never on the outside like my picture shows. I think it looks nice with a black chain. This cross necklace is everything that I hoped it would be. This necklace is very lightweight and the cross is subtle, but it still shines in the light and makes a wonderful accent for most of my outfits. This necklace goes well with my casual, eclectic style and v-neck shirts, especially. The clasp is somewhat difficult to manage on one's own. I recommend buying an additional larger clasp adapter to help with that issue. I've been wearing this necklace for about a month, and I've noticed some wear of the gold on the clasp.
