I haven't yet unfolded it and inflated, but all over the online description it says Max weight 450 lbs , but the box I received says 350lbs max. Also the description mentions a presale and after sale team. I went to the Amzon store and found no helpful contact information. I'm keeping it and using it on April 5th for a bday party, but I think the description is misleading.
