I had this for a while before taking it out of the box as it is going in the "guest" bedroom, which is actually used only as an office. So I'll SEE it everyday, but it won't really be getting used. So I can't speak to how well made it is, I'm currently waiting to put it in the dryer with some wet pillowcases to try to remove the wrinkles as that's one BIG complaint, it is very wrinkled and they did not come out just running it threw the air cycle on the dryer. However, it appears to be VERY soft, and it is actually much thicker than I thought it would be. For $40, I expected basically a thin blanket, but it is truly a thin comforter. I got the lavender set and it is very pretty and stylish. My second complaint, and it is not the fault of the seller, why do bedding makers have to put these HUGE giant, white tags on everything??? There are 2 on everything, and sure, you can cut them off (which I'm doing) but I speak from past experience when I say you risk putting holes in things if you are not super careful. Lastly, for the reviews that complained they were missing either the shams or the pillow------have you removed it from the vacuum packed bags because my pillow was in one bag, and the shams were actually IN the bag with the comforter. Update: For reasons I cannot figure out, this has random small areas that are sewn into the comforter, almost as if it's supposed to make it pleated. But all it serves to do is make it look wrinkled and messy all the time no matter how much you try to smooth it out (see pics). But it is still super cute and I love the way it looks in my room. In fact, I'm bummed it's no longer available in this color in the size I need as I did what I warned you all about and accidentally cut a hole in it when I cut the ginormous tag off of it. So my poor sewing skills are going to have to attempt to fix it. And the wrinkles still did not come out throwing it in the dryer with wet things. I'm hesitant to wash it as it's not that really a high quality item (I would NEVER pay the $60-70+ other colors are listed for knowing what this looks/feels like). I might try to steam some of the wrinkles out, but really for a bed I don't use, it's really only decoration.

I have MANY comforter sets. I enjoy changing my bedding 2 times a week so I use a lot. This bedding set is one of my top 3 favorites. I’ll list what I love. 1. Obviously the price is great. If you’re thinking about buying it keep it in your cart and check a few times to see if a “like new” option comes up. Buying from the Amazon warehouse often saves a good bit making this an even better deal. 2. The comforter is so COMFORTABLE! Seriously, it is soft and floppy for lack of a better term. It’s a good thickness and feels like it costs much more. I just ordered another color of the same brand and hoping it’s the same quality. 3. Quality is very good. I’ve washed mine at least 10 times in the last 6 months and it’s holding up well. I’ve not noticed any faulty sewing or loss of color. 4. It’s cute! I am an adult female but I still love bright, fun colors. I have plenty of sheets that match at least one color in this. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this again. I’m even considering buying a backup 😂. Get it. You won’t regret it.

I wanted something not to heavy because she sweats even in winter; the wall color is lavender, so I wanted something to compliment the color. This was perfect. Lightweight, but will provide warmth in the winter, nice colors, and matches her decor in the room perfectly.

It's a nice set very soft but for the price I thought it would have been made better. The shams are just square with no lining and the comforter is kind of on the thin side. For almost 80 dollars for just two shams and comforter it really wasn't worth the price. However it is a pretty design and I do like the set just feel it's overpriced. Shipping was fast.

Before I get into the details, if you're looking for matching sheets look for "American Home Collections sheets patchwork". Our personal preference is the patchwork. Anyway, my 11 year old lives this set. She's over her purple and Help Kitty faze but still likes kitties of all kinds. This was a great option. The colors are vibrant and fun. It's made pretty well. The fabric is smooth and soft, maybe a bit thin but not in a poor quality kind of way. She has the twin size, which comes with the solid teal pillow with black spots in the picture. It's decently lightweight enough to use all year, adding a blanket in colder months of needed. My only drawback is that the comforter isn't stitched across much to keep the batting in place. I plan to run it through my sewing machine before washing it. Other than that is a nice set that will hopefully age well with my daughter. She's pretty good at taking care of her things so I'm not concerned about this getting ratty or developing holes. If the style suits you then I'd recommend it.
