This watch is a great fitness tracker and can be connected to a phone plan, though I don't use it for that. It's helped my daughter plan her day and meet her fitness goals. However, the first time she wore it swimming, it stopped working. I contacted the seller to see if they would replace it. They respond right away and will replace it. They were not too friendly though. Though their answers were short and curt, they stood behind the product and I appreciate that. We'll just be wary about water activities with it. I recommend this watch for kids first fitness watch, but not for water sports.

Edited: Please note the seller has contacted me to try to make things right. They state they have a new manufacturer and hope to have corrected any problems. Great customer support!! End edit. My kid liked this watch as a birthday gift in April, but the band broke within a month. We were able to buy a replacement band (about 1/4 of price of watch). Then a month later, he wore in swimming as it’s labeled waterproof and now it is completely dead. Very disappointing. Refund or replacement please?!

I bought this for my 11 year old. She is very happy with it. My only complaint is that the loop that holds the watch strap broke very quickly. We have to use a hair tie to keep it together.

Update: Amazon directed us to the seller who then sent us a new charging cable. The new cable looks put together and is not glued together. It is charging the watch. The quality seems to be very low and the chargers are either made poorly or we were sent one that was broken and fixed poorly. Doesn't sync well, doesn't charge and it's only been used for a little over a month.

My son got this watch as a gift and was overjoyed, everything was working as intended. But when we went roller skating it fell off and got ran over so the whole watch face detached. So we might get another! It definitely didn’t seem to have any issues when it was working and well lol.

It's cute. Bought for my 9 year old. She loves checking her heart rate and how many steps she has taken while at school. I set the alarm but all it does it vibrate, not sure how or if possible for it to make a sound. She likes to track her sleep but at times can't feel it when it's time to wake up for school. So if someone can help me out with that great!

This watch works great. It’s accurate. Cute. Pretty. The battery lasts a long time before needing to be charged again. I use a fit bit and I think this watch works just as good as a fit bit. And it’s less expensive! The only thing is when goal is reached there isn’t a celebration on the watch like on a fit bit. That was a bummer.
