You can't always trust the reviews. The product arrived on time (I ordered two chairs) and as often typical the instructions were average at best. The worst issue was one chair was missing the plastic insert to prevent scratching the floor and the other had a broken plastic on one arm.

The set-up was easy enough, but we have another set of chairs we paid a bit more for, you can tell the better quality chair. Heavy duty, well-constructed chairs. Easy to put together. All the appropriate hardware was shipped. These are quality chairs. Chair pads are sewn well, and padding is thick with very nice covers and Velcro tabs. These were ordered, shipped and delivered on time. Would definitely buy these again.

Every time I sit in this chair, I fall asleep. It’s that comfortable (my cats love it, too). It’s not a snap to put together but I (an active 73-year-old) managed on my own in a couple of hours (with mistakes causing me to take apart and redo the arms). I didn’t like the instruction—4 or 5 confusing pictures and no written instructions, which I prefer, no video on YouTube which would have helped enormously. But a great chair!
