The MFM Peel & Seal Self Stick Roll Roofing is the original, patented, innovative solution designed for low slope residential and commercial applications. This durable self-adhesive roof roll material measures 33 feet 6 inches in length and is ideal for various surfaces, including metal roofs, mobile homes, RVs, and sunroofs. It can also be used as flashing around ducts, vents, chimneys, air conditioning units, or even gutters. Made from aluminum composite foil, polymer films, and a rubberized asphalt adhesive backing, this peel-and-stick roofing offers exceptional flexibility and self-adhering properties. The self-adhering roofing is engineered to withstand harsh weather conditions, reflecting heat and resisting water without the need for additional coverage, providing a durable, maintenance-free roofing surface. This self-stick roofing is straightforward to install by removing the protective release liner and pressing the membrane into place.

Used this to waterproof a parapet around a balcony. I applied it directly to treated timber and it's easy to use and sticks well. Very hard to pull off without damaging it if you get it wrong. I have a flat roof and the roofer did a poor job on the edge and over time the edges of the roof lost their seal resulting in leaks . I investigated numerous fixes and this self adhesive roofing seemed like the solution . I had a roofer clean the roof edge and apply this material over the edge adhering it onto the flashing and bonding 5 1/2 " onto the flat roof . It has been on for 5 years looks like new and the most important is it still adheres firmly to the roof and edge flashing . Multi year problem solved. Great product . ... show more

Seems to be holding good. Had this flashing installed between the hardy plank and the pergola sheets.. bought the 12 inch gray and then painted it. Tips on painting, definitely spray in a professional metal primer and then apply exterior grade paint... and that adheres pretty well and does not peel off even when immersed in water. Tested it in multiple combinations before i got it right. Before attaching it, I would place it in the hot sun for like 10 to 20 minutes, definitely gets the glue to stick better. Work in small sections as once it stuck it's done. Hard to remove and try to rework it. Will check in a year how it holds as the side of the house gets a lot of sunlight, rain and some snow in the winters.. hopefully it stays for 5 years or more. ... show more

I used a 7 rolls of this Peel and Seal Aluminum tape on my custom aluminum Motorhome roof seams . It was easy to work with. My hands got tired so I used a piece of wood to rub it down. I didnt have a little roller. It adheres very well to a clean prepped surface. Time will tell if I did a good design, build, and chose the best products. A warm day helps for good application. The warmer it is the stickier the tape is. . I might have slipped just under the wire and got the tape done on the last warm day of the year. Otherwise renting big heaters might have been necessary. ... show more
