Only 1 PD port for iPad and 1 Charge port for iPhone. Correct Model # stamped on charger's body. I got this for my car to charge my iPhone 16e charge port and my iPad 6th Gen Mini PD port at the same time. Works great for the purposes. The picture is not correct Amazon probably used a pic that was provided to them. So not Amazon's fault. Use the cables that are provided they are CHIPED cables.
