  • Important Notes: Step 1. Connect the power supply. When the green light illuminates, this indicates that the machine is in a normal powered-on state. Step 2.Adjust the temperature according to the type and thickness of the bag. (It is recommended that you start sealing tests at a low setting. If the bag cannot be sealed at this setting, increase it appropriately.) Step 3. There is no need to preheat. Simply place the bag flat on the machine and ensure that the opening is smooth and wrinkle-free.
  • Step 4. Press the plunger at the end of the handle. The green light will turn red and the sealer will begin to operate. When the red light turns green, the sealing process is complete. (When operating the sealing machine at high speed for an extended period of time, reduce the setting appropriately, bearing in mind that the sealing time increases based on the melting degree of the bag seal. Failure to do so may result in excessive heat at the sealing point, causing the bag opening to melt.)

Precautions for Using the Sealing Machine： 1.Before use, check that the sealing machine's adjustment dial, sealing components and power cord are not damaged or loose； 2.Make sure that the plug is securely connected and does not become loose during use. The applicable voltage is 110-120 V. 3.While operating the sealing machine, check the status of the indicator lights. A green light indicates a normal power supply (standby mode). A red light indicates that the sealing is heating up (operating mode). 4.Initial setup requires debugging and adjusting to the appropriate setting. During continuous operation, residual heat may cause melting through; manually reduce the setting slightly when this occurs. 5.Before and during use, check the high-temperature cloth for any burn-throughs or melted adhesive residue. If either of these are present, clean or replace the cloth first. Simple Troubleshooting/Resolution： If the device does not work: 1.Check that the plug and socket are securely connected. 2.Check that the indicator light is working properly. If it does not illuminate, check that the fuse has not blown. 3.The indicator light is green. However, pressing the handle fails to activate the red light. Check to see if you can hear a 'click' when you press the handle. If not, open the bottom cover and use pliers to adjust the shape of the pressure plate. After using it for a while, it stops working: 1.Check the status of the indicator light and see if the fuse has blown. 2.Check for a burnt-out heating element. Uneven sealing: 1.Readjust the heating setting. 2.Replace the heating element and the high-temperature cloth. Well, I was a little disappointed when I tried to use this item for the first time. It simply did not power up when I put the handle down. Lucky for me, I am a good troubleshooter and repair person. Instead of sending it back and waiting for another one (because I needed it right away), I opened it to see what was wrong. I was happy to see that all wires that were welded were shrink wrapped at the welds which was impressive to me and shows some amount of quality/safety. I did see one solder splash on the inside body of the unit. Wire lengths were appropriate, the switch was heavy duty, and component arrangement were all good. The switch mount, on the other hand, was a little on the flimsy side. However, it was sufficient for functionality. It may be something to check in the future if the unit stops working. The problem that kept the unit from coming on was a little disturbing. A wire between the switch and fuse (110VAC) was not soldered to the lug at the fuse. Rather, it was just held in place with shrink wrap. Somewhat dangerous in my opinion. It made me want to check and re-solder all joints in the circuit. As far as safety is concerned, I think that the switch, since it makes contact with the handle that you touch, should not have 110VAC at that point in the circuit. A safer circuit could have been designed where there is only 24V or even 5V at the switch! No big deal though and not required and not too worrisome. Your light switch in your house (USA) has 110VAC at your finger tips too but usually NOT on a flimsy mount like in this device. In addition, a tie wrap, like the style you put on your bread bags, was used to keep the wiring neat. A zip tie would have been more appropriate in my opinion. Overall, I like the device. It does a great job sealing the bags. I would not send it back and I think the safety risk is low enough to operate it. Knowing what I know now, I would have chosen a different manufacture. I recommend that the manufacturer at least put in some better or additional quality control checks during assembly. ... show more
