We wanted to replace the kiddy one from my teenage son’s room with one that looks more appropriate for his age and more spacious. Tried exploring IKEA but they don’t have these nice mocha or cherry wood colors. Most of it were white. So we tried Amazon. Looking at all the negative reviews we also decided not to get this one, but glad we changed our mind and got this one. And honesty there were not many options available for the price, size, color, style (loved the mirror door) Packaging was super strong. I could not open it without ripping the boxes and we knew there is no return from that point. So was hoping for the best. The instructions for assembly were very well written/drawn. It took me and my wife about 3.5 hours ( I was expecting that given that it is big furniture). Many people complained on the alignment issues with the door. I did not face any such issues. The trick is to leave some slack when you screw the hinges on the frame and tighten it only when the door is in place as well. Also remember to loosen the screw on the hinge so that it will slide in and out and tighten only after the final positioning. The armoire looks exactly like the picture! It is sooo sturdy and well made. Only minor feedback to the company: we ran short on some of the tiny wood screws. Luckily I had some spare at home and saved me a trip to Home Depot/ Lowe’s. Always a good idea to throw in some extra.

Well, a long review was prepared for posting when the mirrored mocha door was so misaligned that the hinges were showing when it was closed. And yes, just as two previous reviewers mentioned quite a while ago, both doors had to be closed at the same time. Thought the matter would have been corrected by the time our order was made. Too much work time had been invested, reusable boxes were long gone, product is quite heavy, and taking it apart, purchasing new boxes, repacking and paying for a return were not going to happen. Scrapped that review after switching the bottom hinge with the top hinge. Doors close properly, separately or together. Not smart enough to figure out why it worked but it did, and we’re not novices at assembling products. (Maybe something to do with the the top hinge hole and how flush the insertion was or wasn’t?) Anyway, also, though too expensive unassembled, otherwise we’re very pleased and known to be somewhat particular. No issues to note regarding delivery time, packing, instructions, parts, damage, or eventual outcome. May post a picture later. Perfect for our need—thanks, Palace Imports!

The wardrobe came about a week ahead of schedule in two very heavy large boxes. I read the first review and decided to assemble it myself. This was my first time doing this, and by myself (47 yr old mom). There were A LOT of pieces but the instructions were good (all pictures) and everything fit perfectly together. It took several hours but that may be due to my novice skills. If you're experienced at this kind of thing I'm sure it's pretty easy, and if you're not it's a good learning experience. The wardrobe we ordered is white and I did scratch it in a few places with my screwdriver which shows right up but it's not too bad. Also, the shelves inside are a bit thin, so I'm not sure how much weight it will hold. At any rate, it looks really nice and now it sits beautifully in my daughter's room. :)

I bought this to replace a piece I had in my bedroom that I could hang clothes in and make my clothes more organized. It is a really nice wardroom, came with all the hardware, was packed so not damaged happened in shipping. It takes some time to put together but the effort is well worth it. It is wood, not particle board!!

Any furniture bought online anymore is cheap. I was hoping this was going to be sturdy enough for what I wanted, and it is to a point. The top doors do not shut unless you open them and close them together. When opening the pull out drawers you need to be gentle because you will easily break them if pressure is applied. The whole unit put together does not sit evenly on the floor. The bottom support bar is about 1/4 inch longer then the bottom boards. so it rocks from side to side. I wanted to love it, but I just don't. Not wasting my time sending it back due to time put into it. It will do for our basement bedroom, but was hoping for a better product.

I liked the product and the description, ordered one - but its an OK product. Just sharing my views to that its helpful for others who may be considering to buy this unit. Pros: 1) First the packaging, have to really commend the guy who made the package design. Its so robust, its literally very difficult for the product to get damaged. Its is outstanding packaging - rock solid. 2) Parts & labelling is pretty nice, easy to follow & assemble. 3) Unpacking, assembling is fairly easier - but for the door alignment / hinges. Cons: 1) The manual though initially well made, there are sections that miss critical info & this can result in user spending time to assemble by trial and error. Many sections are not descriptive enough & lack clarity. 2) Hinges are the worst in this product, its perhaps the worst I have seen. The manual barely says anything in detail on how to assemble. I did struggle a bit here. 3) Some of the shelves are polished only on one side, looks like the manufacturers wanted to save cost, but hate the half work here. 4) Drawers are so flimsy that even a bunch of A4 sheets weigh heavier, doesn't look solid & not to forget too many blemishes in the wood covered with putty & packing material. 5) The part of securing the unit to the wall isn't robust, we went trashing the manufacturer supplied stuff, bought an 'L' bracket ourselves at homedepot and used that to secure the unit.
