I don't have the gene to process folic acid, so I take this. Works fine, but you'll want to put them into some other container if your house isn't climate controlled. This bottle isn't air tight at all. Good value for the money though.

    • Did exactly what I wanted product to do
In December 2021, I had blood labs done. My ALT and AST levels were high. ALT was 66 U/L and AST was 58 U/L. I believe they have to do with liver enzymes, but not 100% sure. After research, I found that Methyl Folate is supposed to lower these levels. After taking this product for a year, my ALT dropped to 31 U/L and my AST dropped to 26 U/L--both well within normal range. Could not be happier with this product! ... show more
