I absolutely love this body wash! I have tried a couple of different scents from method and this one is definitely my favorite. It is light and fresh with just the right balance of feminine floral notes, and the scent lingers very subtly on the skin after a shower. I tend to have very dry skin and have found this to be much more hydrating than other body washes I have tried, even much more expensive ones. My skin feels very soft after using this.     • Nice body wash option, as long as your skin is good with SLS!
Scent: The Pure Peace scent is wonderful! Fans of traditional pink floral scents will really like it, but also the salt note is strong enough that it's not overly headache inducing like some floral scents can be. The salt balances out the florals very nicely. Formula: Lathers very nicely, BUT at the time that I ordered this I didn't see that the surfactant is SLS. I think of Method as a nicer big box brand and haven't seen body washes with traditional SLS in them in a long time. But with that said, if your skin doesn't react poorly to SLS (by getting dry or irritated) I think you'll be very happy with this formula! It also rinses off cleanly and doesn't leave a weird film or residue feeling on my skin after the shower. I also appreciated that these are each boxed in their own little cardboard mailer before being sent to the Amazon warehouses -- that way you know what you're getting is a new one, not a return, AND it's well protected so it's not as likely to leak body wash all over the rest of your order! ... show more

This is a truly excellent body wash. It lathers very readily and has a foamy, bubbly yet silky-smooth texture when rubbed onto wet skin. It has a more premium, moisturizing feel than most other body washes I’ve picked up at CVS. I find myself reaching for this one over the body wash I purchased by Dove, for example. This body wash is gentle, free from parabens/phthlalates, and doesn’t dry my skin out. The scent is also very pleasant. It smells natural and I can detect the rose. I’d say it has a soft, calming scent which isn't overpowering or artificial. Finally, I love that this is cruelty-free, and the plastic bottle is made from 65% recycled material! ... show more

The body wash has nice clean and gentle scent, nothing strong or lingering. It is thick and makes a nice dense creamy foam. It lathers well, and it rinses well. It leaves the skin nice and clean. I like it.

This body wash is great. The scent is extremely refreshing and the soap it self does a phenomenal job moisturizing. The soap is also sent in a pretty heavy duty package to ensure that no damage could occur. The soap lathers well and left my skin feeling refreshed and clean. Oh my, I love the way this body wash smells and I'm not one who typically enjoys scented products. I usually prefer fragrance free everything if possible, but this has a very fresh and appealing scent to it that actually does bring a bit of "pure peace" in a nice warm shower. It isn't drying or irritating to my dry, sensitive skin so this one is a keeper for sure. ... show more

Nice body wash with good lather and moisturizing properties. I'm not normally huge on floral scents, but this one is very mild and pleasant. Good sized bottle for the price, and a good value. Very happy I finally gave Method a try.
