This black metal suggestion box is a fantastic addition to any professional or community setting, offering a sleek look and heavy-duty durability that plastic alternatives just can't match. It comes with everything you need right out of the box, including 50 suggestion cards and a magnetic acrylic sign holder that makes it incredibly easy to swap out labels for different uses like a donation bin, tip jar, or ballot box. The lock is sturdy and provides peace of mind for securing sensitive feedback or cash, and I love that it gives you the flexibility to either mount it securely to a wall or simply let it stand on a tabletop. It’s a polished, high-quality solution that looks great in an office or church foyer while being built to last through years of frequent use.

We are very happy with this item. I am using this at our church for info cards. It arrived in good condition. The suggestion slips did have some damage, but since I was not going to use them, it was not a big deal. However, I would've had to throw the first few away. The slips were also not cardstock, so I would've been disappointed in that. That said, it works great for our purposes. The acrylic sign holder is held on by magnets. This is extremely helpful as it makes putting the sign in it very easy. The lock works well. It isn't going to be Fort Knox or anything, but it suits our use. We would not be able to use this for money as the lock is a simple one. The size is great. The hole is big enough for our cards which makes it easy to make your own cards. I also like that it opens on top (not the side or bottom). It is easy to get in and out of. All in all, we are happy and would recommend this product.

We are using this as a donation box for a non-profit, and it works extremely well for that purpose. The metal construction is sturdy and feels secure, and the locking lid gives us the peace of mind we need when collecting funds. The slot is wide enough for envelopes and folded bills, which makes it very practical. I also like that it comes with the magnetic acrylic sign holder on the front, so we can easily swap out signs depending on the event. The side pockets are a nice bonus for holding pens, forms, or brochures. It looks professional, it’s built well, and it was easy to set up. For the price, it’s a great value and does exactly what we need. Five stars.

I’ve never seen a sturdier suggestion box—this thing is built like a tank! It’s heavy-duty enough that it could easily double as a secure drop box for cash or donations. The design is very clean and professional, making it suitable for any environment, from a law office to a gym or machine shop. The magnetic sign holder on top is a great feature, allowing you to quickly swap out signs or instructions without tools. It also includes a sturdy side compartment for pens or pencils and a larger front holder for suggestion slips or forms. Several pre-printed forms come in the box. It arrives fully assembled except for the magnetic sign holder, which attaches easily. Two keys are included, and the lock feels strong and secure. Overall, the workmanship, functionality, and appearance are all excellent. This is a high-quality, very reliable suggestion box—and honestly one of the best I’ve seen.

I do like this box. It came a little dusty though on the inside, I just wiped it down. The magnets that come on the card holder aren’t very strong and knock off easily. You might have to attach stronger magnets if you plan on using that. The box itself is sturdy. I plan on mounting it but I haven’t yet. I’m going to use it as a locking tip jar! The key doesn’t go in and out as smooth as you would like but other than those two things it works!

This suggestion box is a great size for accepting numerous suggestions or for larger sized cards. The included forms don’t exactly fit in the holder on the side or front without folding, but there are tons of ways to make suggestion cards that will fit just right. The box itself was super dusty when I opened it, which you can tell from my photos. The included forms were also slightly damaged, but I wasn’t planning on using them, so it wasn’t an issue for me. The box functions as expected and looks fantastic after I dusted it off. No assembly is required, which is always a plus. Overall, I recommend this suggestion box… just remember to be careful what you ask for! Suggestions can definitely be a can of worms. :)
