The media could not be loaded. This product is cheap in price, so much so I didn't have much faith in it being able to cut thicker metals (unless soft like aluminium or copper) at all and bought it with that in mind. However I am very suprised as when I put it up against a 1.5mm thick steel sheet it cut it like butter. The manual says steel is supposed to be up to 1mm but it handled 1.5 great. The setup on my drill takes about 30 seconds. There is some extra stuff for using on plug in drills and such that I didn't try and didn't really have an opinion on. The cut is slightly serrated on the edge because of the kinda gear like cutting it does but that isn't a big deal. It does also bend the metal down away from the tool on one side which is common for these types of cutters. You just want to keep it in mind so you don't bend the piece you want to save. The gloves are decent quality that come with the kit, they actually fit my hands which is uncommon. The only thing that I don't really like is the carrying case. It could be better with holding things and being clear where stuff goes. But it is definitely serviceable, especially for the cheap price. I will be using this tool quite often I feel. I have included a video of it cutting the sheet, hope it is helpful!

I needed to cut a lot of sheet metal and was looking for some kind of power sheer when I saw this. It didn't cost very much, but decided to take a gamble on it. I was not disappointed! It cuts fast, accurately, and although my drill is a "larger" model, and didn't fit exactly as the instructions showed, it wasn't hard to get it working just fine. It ripped through aluminum flashing easily, and steel duct work was no problem. I took it to the removed top of a 55-gallon drum lid (0.053" mild steel) and it didn't bog down at all. This cutter functions just great. Has done a great job on everything so far. Very fast and long battery life. Fits perfect into my drill so I can use it. Very durable product. Light weight and highly recommended.

We used it and it cut pretty good. I don't think I would use it on something with to many waves in it but it definitely did the job on the tin we used in the garden for the beds. Id buy it again.

Solid made. Functions well. I can convert my Milwaukee to be a metal cutter now. Very easy to use .I do not mind the speed because I don’t cut metal often .

Well I hooked it up to my Craftsman 19.2 volt drill after I had to modify hooking it up by strapping the stabilizing arm to the battery it cut two pieces of metal I had laying around. The thicknesses of them was 0.027" and 0.040" thick and I was quite surprised at how well it walked thru the thicker piece as the picture shows me measuring the cut edge and snapping the pick. You can certainly tell I cut both as they are both a bit crooked however that was all my fault for how I was holding them. The bigger wheel also does a nice job of feeding the metal thru the unit without any additional fore needed. A bit clumsy to put together as for there being so many different drill types and thicknesses at the mounting points. Overall a good pick.
