Arrived with small dent on every top slat. They are all laid on top of each other and though there was no visible damage to box - they all had dent at same place in package. One piece of thick cardboard between the box and the slats would likely have prevented. I can bend the slats a bit by hand but may have to do something more to straighten out. Not returning as replacement might be in worse shape. Just using to shield a generator from street view - exhaust could melt plastic or burn wood so have to have metal. Haven't installed yet. Have to get utility marking 1st as it's very close to gas meter and I don't want to hammer a 12" spike into a gas line. I do like the hammer tab on the spikes - other brands have you hammer the vertical posts and risk damaging them. That's really why I chose this product.

Poor packaging the hardware. The hardware was loose inside the package. Now I am missing hardware to complete the installation. This is very frustrating. The fence itself looks nice.
