Used these as trellises in my raised garden beds for beans & black eye susan vines. Not the sturdiness things but for the price this is what I would expect they are fine stuck in the dirt beds though. The screws & ends of pipes that are exposed did rust so I sprayed painted them & you can't even tell Would buy again for this purpose Update: these lasted 2 seasons. My beans this year were so heavy that the trellis fell over. They completely rusted out. Will be looking for a heavier non rust trellis but for the price these will last you 1 or 2 seasons

So many people say it's not sturdy when it's standing it on it's own. The instructions literally say you have to put it in 10" of dirt. I bought some sand bags for weight to keep mine sturdy, since I used it for a DIY wedding arch. Looks gorgeous and was ridiculously easy to assemble. Perfect value for the money.

Extra easy to put together though some pieces needed a little coaxing to get the screws through or a wack from my rubber mallet to get down. I really like how it came out and it took me under an hour to assemble. I even had to disassemble it a little because I just wasn’t paying attention an had an extra square on one side but it was easy to put together take a part and put back together again. My reason for giving it a 4 was I was given an extra a piece instead of an e piece so I couldn’t screw in the last rung. I checked to see what I had in my tools and found a drywall anchor with about the same size hole so I used an industrial glue gun to glue that in and it worked like a charm. Overall it’s not overly sturdy but I’m hoping that my vines will help keep it in place and also I tied and stapled it to the ground with some garden staples. I’m really happy with how it came out and can’t wait until my roses grow some more so they can fill it out Update: It’s been about two months and this is still standing. I bought a birdbath and bird feeder for it as well as a humming bird feeder. It took the weight of both feeders fine as well as the weight of a ton of birds that land on it. I’m really happy I bought this. My front garden looks amazing! I have been training my roses to grow on this and I couldn’t be happier. Update: A year and a bit later I just added some more pics. It’s still standing and sturdy. My roses love this thing and people stop and take pics of my roses growing on this. I’ve added some solar lights to it as well as bird feeders and humming bird feeders, it’s been windy, I’ve had squirrels and large birds jumping on and off the thing. I’m not sure why so many people said this was unsturdy? The Rose vines may help stabilize it a bit but it’s been through wind storms, snow, rain and there is no rust. This is really my favorite thing ever!

Good if you don't want it outdoors longterm. It was used as a garden trellis. The trellis wasn't advertised not to rust, so its my fault I thought it would last longer. Broke at the base, rusted, and fell apart in two years. I will use either galvanized steel ladder mesh (found in masonry department) or make my own garden trellis with cedar and mesh so it lasts longer. Its better to invest in materials that last longer for garden purposes.

The box came with tube packs labeled B, C, D, and E with a bag of screws taped to the arched pipes. No instructions and I have no idea if I got everything I was supposed to. If anyone could let me know where I can find the instructions I would be very grateful. UPDATE: Well, I finally received the arch, and while it did mention using it at the garden entrance, I had hoped to use it for my grapes. There is no way that this will support them. I had originally hoped to get the black ones like I saw with one reviewer, which seemed as if it would actually do what I wanted. I got these white ones that are definitely not sturdy. Just a cheap flimsy arch that even with the ends held securely it wobbles. Won't recommend this to anyone for any purpose.
