It is a warm sweater and will be perfect to wear out to a restaurant but also to wear grocery shopping, etc can't go wrong as long as you love a longer sweater. I ordered the XL size. I haven't really had a chance to wear it since it's not winter yet but I did try it on and the size is absolutely perfect. It seems to be well-made and I like the fact that it has pockets. I would definitely buy it again only in a different color of course. The gray is a very beautiful gray.
