I took a chance on lower priced Merino and was pleasantly surprised. The fit is good, it's nice that they have a generous length. The fabric is soft and luxurious and I'm sure will be cozy warm when I wear it this winter. I missed the fact that they come with a pair of Merino socks. The socks are very nice as well.

Wool is one of those materials that will keep its insulative magic whether it is dry as it should be or even wet with rain. This particular wool garment is lightweight, but it is warm; moreover it is very, very comfortable. I’m a big guy, so I went with the XXX Lg, and it fits me perfectly. In the fall, I’ll wear it without any other top coverings, but in deep winter, it becomes an excellent base garment, added to my additional layers of wool, Underarmor, etc. So, yes, stay warm and stay comfortable.

I purchased 2 of the lighter weight merino wool long sleeve shirts for a layer during Winter golf speed training in my garage (MN Winter) and lifting and cardio in my basement. So far so good! Wicks moisture and keeps me comfortably warm. Regulates temperature to keep me warm but not hot. Just wish the body was a little more fitted as I am lean with broader shoulders and chest with slim waist. It checks all the boxes!

super comfy and warm. I'm 5'10 150lbs and wear medium. these are just a tad long in the sleeve and not skin tight but that's how I like it. probably could get away with buying a small. I've only washed it once by hand and there was some piling of fabric but other than that, I highly recommend these shirts
