I bought my regular size (large) in the slim style and it fits perfectly, not really what I would think of as "slim" but just a bit more fitted than a boxy tee shirt. It isn't tight anywhere but not sloppy loose either. It is slightly fitted along the sides and flares out just a little at the hips, so it skims my body and is very flattering. I am including a photo which shows that the size large is about 19.5" across the armpits, which is similar to other shirts I have in large that fit me well. I also like that the shirt is a nice length, it hits just above the level of my crotch (I am 5'7"), so not too short or too long. The material is the 200 weight which is a little thicker than some merino tee shirts these days, which is nice because it is not see-through and you can't see my bra through it. I suppose the 200-weight might be a little warm in the very hottest weather, but merino is so comfortable in a range of temperatures so I don't foresee that being a problem. The fabric is also very soft and smooth. Another thing I like is that there aren't any annoying logos on the outside, so you could easily dress this shirt up and wear it to work or a nice restaurant in addition to hiking in it, making it a great travel shirt. I would highly recommend this tee shirt, it is very versatile and a great value for the money. ... show more

Size small fits perfectly for 34” bust. Doesn’t shrink when washed in cool water and hung to dry. Can be worn multiple times without washing as doesn’t retain any odor. Love the color, the fit, the feel is super soft. Light weight but not sheer at all. I even wear it to play pickleball and there is no smell at all after multiple times worn. This was not my experience with polyester supposed athletic “performance” wear which required using enzyme detergent to get the smell out but continued to have issues with smell. Merino wool is such a wonderful fabric that solves all those issues. ... show more

OMG, I love this shirt! I wore it on my recent trip to Japan. It's so comfortable that I could wear it as sleepwear. I wore it for three days before washing. I washed it in the hotel sink, hung it up because you can't put it in the dryer, and it was dry the next day. No ironing needed. I dressed it up with a skirt, a nice jacket, and some jewelry to go out at night. I paired it with a jean jacket in the morning when we're on a tour for a less "dressy look". I wore it under my travel outfit, and it was so comfortable. I rotated between this one and the four other merino wool shirts on a three-week trip! That was all the shirts I needed! I LOVE this shirt, unfortunately it only lasted about 2-3 wears before a hole appeared. I'm not sure how it got there (on the shoulder, not on a seam). I did not snag it, don't have a moth problem, and I washed in cold water. I take good care of my personal belongings and had hoped to wear this top during my upcoming travels. Bummer... I'm not sure if it was a fluke or if all the shirts from this brand will do this. I may need to find my wool shirt replacement elsewhere. The pros: soft, comfortable, relaxed fit that's not too boxy, pretty color, great for layering in cold temps and wearing on its own in warm temps. I'm not sure how to get ahold of the seller to ask for a replacement. I may try to figure that out next. ... show more

I bought this wool T shirt August 2005. I wore it maybe 6 times, only washed twice. I wore the shirt to go to church, to dinner and maybe around the house. I was extremely disappointed when I noticed these holes in the fabric. I thought I was paying for quality and sustainability. I put a white tissue behind the holes so they could be seen. Love my shirt. It’s not too snug and is very stretchy. I am 5’3” and weigh 203 and have pear shaped body and ordered a large and it fits perfectly. I love the sleeve length as well not too short where my upper arm fat is hanging out. Wore it on a humid day in Houston and I did not get hot at all.
