Mercedes Benz Intense by Mercedes-Benz is a Woody Spicy fragrance for men launched in 2013. Mercedes-Benz Intense for Men is a stronger and somewhat darker version of the original perfume. Fresh amber is enriched with dry wood with the aim of sensual, olfactive signature. The opening of the composition introduces Calabrian bergamot, Italian mandarin, essences of lemon and violet leaves absolute. The heart develops aromas of bourbon pepper, cascalone molecules, galbanum, nutmeg and violet absolute, while the base encompasses ambrox, American cedar, bourbon vetiver, limbanol, Indonesian patchouli and cetalox. Mercedes-Benz Intense is a sophisticated scent with a deep silage that confirms the man’s identity and accentuates his singularity. A fragrance that goes beyond and challenges the limits of power and seduction to last long into the night. I’m a big cologne collector and love various exotic male scented fragrances. I have two Mercedes AMG‘s in my car collection with full leather interiors & I like the European car interior smell. I like this long lasting dark dense scent that smells like the inside of a Benz. This EDT cologne has the power of a parfum (stronger) Lasts for over 12 hours if sprayed properly. Smells better and lasts longer than Christian Dior Fahrenheit. They do smell identical (leather and gasoline). Save your money and buy this versus the Fahrenheit. This stuff smells like an $80 cologne easily. May not be the scent for a woman yet my wife sprays it on herself when we go on vacation. Ha ha! The bottle presentation is awesome. ... show more

I blind bought this but already had a good sense of what it smelled like because I heard it had a strong resemblance to Dior Fahrenheit. Presentation is really nice. It's probably my favorite bottle in my collection. The steel cap really stands out. But this isn't why you want to buy this fragrances, right? This is not a "fresh" fragrance, but is really pleasant if you are looking for "clean". If you can imagine what it's like to sit in a luxury car with leather seats, that's basically what you can expect. I think Mercedes and other car dealerships actually use this fragrance after they service your car. Compared to Fahrenheit, it's got less bitter vetiver, and a slightly more floral scent, making it a little easier on the nose of most people. I really love this fragrance and am glad I could add this to my collection. I think it's suitable for all-year but may lean toward cooler weather.
