Purchased Dec 2022. First impression was good. First trip using only the medium size bag went well. The second trip I used the largest and the smaller carry-on. The handle on the smaller one locked in the upright position at a very inconvient time causing much frustration. I found I could lower it by unpacking and pushing the lock button from the inside. To finish the trip I cut the lining and taped a nickle against the button. In the mean time the zipper tab holder of the largest broke on one side. After scooting the jagged part carefully to one side I was able to finish the trip by using only one zipper all the way around and not inserting them in the lock. The larger bag also was not a smooth roller when packed fairly full, but not even expanded. UPDATE Great seller response and resolution

survived multiple different airports on our 3 week philippines trip. survived boat rides, transport on trucks, etc.... scuffed up which is normal, but no major bends, awesome luggage set.
