I bought these because I needed some more nice clothes for work and I dig the retro look--plus, they were on sale for $15, so how can you go wrong? It turns out they were a real score! They fit nicely: normally I order 30-30's but Amazon recommended 30-32's and that was right on the ball. they are a tad long, but that's fine for dress pants and 30-30's would have definitely been too short. They are an attractive dark olive-tinged forest green color that gives them a nice retro 30's/40's or early 60's look. They have 1" cuffs and have an elastic waistband. The elastic is firm and cleverly hidden so you would never know just from looking at them--no stretchy elastics or wrinkles visible. Very comfortable and warm for fall-winter-spring. Definitely not for summer, though. The legs are narrow, which is the look now and also works for a 1800's or 1960's look. They fit a 1 1/2" belt but probably work better with a 1" belt. They are 50-50 wool/poly blend. It feels like wool and isn't scratchy. The only hassle with them is that they are dry-clean only, which is normal for wool so I don't consider that a disadvantage to them. I was so impressed that after a few days to try them out, I ordered a second pair in a different color at the regular price, which I still consider a bargain.

I wear a 30x32 usually, my waist is really <29in but that's the best overall size for me. These (size 30s) fit as well as I could have hoped for, I was worried they would be too big on the waist or too short on the legs but neither is true. They fit my waist better than most 30x32s as they are more trim in that area, and there is length to spare despite being a taller guy. I'm impressed with the build, they don't feel cheaply made to me given the price point. The patterning is nice, they look great and fit me like a tailored fit, but I will say they are definitely slimmer; I prefer slim fit, but be warned they can be tight around the thighs when you sit down even if you're a trimmer guy. 50% wool too, great value here IMO.

I got these pants for a 1950s costume party for my son and when I finally got them, they sent us the wrong color! That was already upsetting but when he tried them on, he said they were so uncomfortable he didn't think he could last the party in them. He was hoping to also wear them to church too but that was also not going to happen since he didn't like the feel of them. They were also so expensive to just wear one night and be super uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend!

Just got them and tried them on. No defects or major issues. I will say that I wish they offered a shorter size because 30 inches is WAY too long. Also, keep in mind, they're measuring the outseam - not the inseam. I do agree with others that they're a tad tight around the upper thighs. I definitely won't be doing any athletic activities in them 😆 but nothing too uncomfortable or problematic. I just recommend pulling them up a bit when you go to bend or squat (which you should always do when wearing dress slacks). They also fared well in the washer. I washed them on the delicate setting using cold water. Dried on delicate with medium heat for about 20 minutes and then hung them to finish air drying. I'm excited to wear them out! One final note: I was expecting a slightly darker color. Although, I'm not too upset. I understand digital pictures aren't the best at conveying colors accurately. Just be aware that, if you're expecting or looking for a darker gray, these are substantially lighter.

So far, so good. Bought 4 pairs in various colors. I'm 32 x 32. My first pair that I purchased in Brown Tweed was a little tighter than the other 3 (grey, navy, coffee), but I'm keeping all of them. I may buy more in other colors. Fabric feels nice, sturdy and somewhat thick giving me that wool flannel feel I was hoping for. Should be a great addition to my Fall & Winter wardrobe with the cooler & colder temps. Hard to find wool pants in the stores these days, so I'm really glad I found these. Great price on my orders. Thumbs Up for me! Quick edit here, I see some say these are not wool, but are cotton. I thought they were supposed to be wool too. Regardless of whether wool or cotton, I'm satisfied with the feel of the pants giving me that wool fabric feeling. I just placed another order for 3 more pairs: army green, blue and another pair of brown. That will make 7 pairs for me, which shows my level of satisfaction.

Got these for a 1920s party. I followed the size guide and ordered my actual waist size of 34". It fit, but it was a bit loose and baggy on my waist and thigh area. I ordered the next size down at 32", and it is a better overall fit. I ordered the 32" after the party was over, so this should give you an idea of how good the pants are. I do plan to wear them again in the future.
