These pants are literally my best purchase of the summer! I'm a size 4-6, 5'2", 27" waist, 40" hips/bottom. The medium was a perfect fit for my hips (not snug) and my height (no hemming). So light and cool. I bought the white and the black ones. They layering allows for no 'see through' issues. They can be dressed up or down and look great with sandals, flats, wedges or small heels. The waist band doesn't dig into your skin and is very comfortable. I highly recommend these and will be buying the gray too!

I saw these pant+skirt combos on an ad somewhere else but never followed through on buying them. I've always liked them because of how they move when walking. There are 2 layers of thin cottonish material - one a wider leg ankle length pant that is overlapped with another layer of fabric that covers about 2/3 of the leg. The "skirt part" is about 1-2 inches shorter than the pant, has plenty of fabric to flow around the leg, is attached at the waist and tacked on the upper outside thigh a tiny bit to assure they stay in place. Because of that, they fully cover everything that needs to be covered when walking. They are soooo graceful! The wide leg pant and outer cover flow as you walk! I loved the black pair so much I ordered both other colors available - grey and white. The white is beautiful but because it's white and flowy but, be careful what you wear underneath as it's a thin fabric. The grey color are pretty but they use 2 different fabrics. The pant leg is a solid blue toned grey and the top layer has a woven look with white threads into silver grey. I wish the grey's matched tone they would be much nicer. Black is definitely my favorite as it's easy to wear with just a out anything.

I bought two pairs of these in medium, black and white. They're both comfortable and fit about the same. I'm 5'4" and 112; they hit about 4-5 inches above my ankles. The elastic waist is on the looser side, but not problematic. I enjoy wearing both of them. They're soft and afford near-perfect freedom of movement. They're both a lot of fabric and to be frank, they're by no means flattering. Quality-wise, I'd say they're about what I expected from a relatively cheap 100% cotton garment made in China and sold on Amazon. They are, in fact, cotton. They've held up through multiple washes. But the stitching at the seams is a bit messy. You'll see dangling and looped threads, probably. The whole effect is a bit messy, as the outer layer is crinkled (deliberately) and both layers will show additional wrinkling. I prefer the way the white pair looks. The black color makes it LOOK like a lot of fabric, whereas the sheer white top layer fluttering around the underlayer makes the white pair look ethereal. I've been complimented on the white pair in public. The black pair is opaque. The white pair is a bit see-through. I find that skin-colored underwear doesn't show underneath, but anything else does. Two small downsides: They pool on the floor in public restrooms. And they don't have pockets. I keep sticking my hands into the fabric expecting to find pockets. If I had the skills I'd do what another reviewer did and sew my own. Ultimately these are what I was looking for: summerweight pants that are loose around the seat and crotch. So I'm quite content.

These are comfortable as house pants. Unfortunately, I was looking for something I could wear outside of the house as well. They were a bit too thin and crepe like material for me to feel confident doing that. The other main issue was that there are no pockets. Unfortunate. FYI I’m 5’11’’ 160 and these run true to size. TL;DR: great for lounge wear around the house, too thin for normal wear, for my liking, and no pockets.
