My wife and I are headed from Phoenix to NYC for our first trip to see our son who moved there in April. You may imagine that, living in the desert, we don't have a wealth of cold weather clothes and I was in dire need of a good warm coat. This looked like it would fit the bill and the price was great, so I took the plunge. Wow, am I ever pleasantly surprised!! This is a 'mid-weight' coat (think Mama bear), but once I had it on, there was no doubt it was going to do the job. The lining is very comfortable and undoubtedly warm. The construction is sturdy and the zipper is industrial class. The warmer pockets are roomy, the hood (lined with the same 'fur' as the jacket) is very comfortable and has draw strings to make it snug in the wind. Additionally, the hood zips off if you don't happen to need it at the moment. I can't tell yet if it's wind proof and water resistant as the manufacturer claims, but given that the rest of the description is 'on target', my guess is that it will be. I usually wear a large, but the comments led me to believe I should step down a size which I did. They were right. I ordered a medium and there's still enough room for bundling up inside the coat. Bottom line....a really well made, great, comfortable coat for a great price!

I was sceptical of ordering this for husband because I didn't want to end up with a strange light grey color - something that doesn't look like ad. I was also concerned that the jacket would be flimsy like a windbreaker and/or cheap looking fabric. So glad I took a chance! The color is even better than expected, in different lighting color almost looks like a very light tan as you can see from my second photo I compared it to a medium shade of grey t-shirt. Fabric is so nice, it took 15 minutes to steam out the wrinkles from packaging, jacket is very well constructed, medium to heavy weight with the fur lining inside arms too. Love that hood is removable and cuffs are adjustable. Ordered an X- large for 190pounds, 5'10" as he has long torso and will want to wear sweatshirts underneath for extra warmth, fit is perfect! Fantastic quality, price and shipping was less than 2 days. So very happy I chose the right jacket, you won't be disappointed!

I am super impressed with this jacket. At first I was skeptical since the jacket arrived in a box and the box felt super light. Upon opening the box, the jacket wasn't bulky but layered perfectly enough to keep me extremely warm. The quality and style of the jacket can be best compared to that of the Columbia brand jackets. I ordered an XXL (I'm 6'2 265 pounds) and it fits plentiful with room to layer up underneath it. (I think am XL would've fit me fine as well). Upon first two times wearing the jacket, it left a bunch of fuzzies on my shirt but after that it was fine. I love the jacket and I will be buying another color for a backup jacket

I bought this coat for my hubby because we had to attend a funeral in Ohio this past December (2022) & we were coming from the Hampton Roads area of Virginia where the weather is considered BIPOLAR. Unfortunately, we didn't need the coat & I returned it because his uncle gave him over 5 coats in excellent condition; some still had tags on them. However, he did try it on & he liked it; but didn't need it anymore.

Jacket appears to be nicely constructed and nice looking. The only personal issue that I have is that the top snap is so high that it would require that I zip it all the way up to my nose. If you are using it for skiing, sledding, etc, and want your neck and lower face covered, it is perfect for that. My usage is more casual.

Lightweight but very warm. I live in the mountains of western NC. Not severe winters but it still gets pretty cold. I was worried about sleeve length since I am somewhat of a knuckle dragger. This XL ski jacket fits incredibly well. Very satisfied with this purchase.
