The "ultra soft organic cotton" is a bit like paper. It makes crunchy noise. It is not 'ultra soft'. The weave is very tight like it should be. The billowing is minimal. It's ok for the price.

This comforter is beautiful, bright white, and lightweight but not flat. I have always used down comforters but after recently moving south, needed something not quite SO thick as our heavyweight down comforter. This is the perfect solution. It is still warm but not hot...perfect for Georgia nights. I was afraid of it having no volume as others have said, but after popping it in the dryer for 15 minutes upon arrival, it fluffed right up. A few black feathers noted on Day 1 have settled within the blanket and become unnoticeable with time. We are a month in and ordering a second for our guest room. Love it! ... show more
