I do not know who is responsible for it ( company or shipper) but this product when I get it is all beat up! The product is fine ( still usable)but it makes me wonder?

What the description of this item fails to mention on here is that its ONLY for top of the head (mid crown) baldness. Once you receive the item and read the directions it tells you to absolutely do not apply this to any other portion of your head, including the front. Also, there are NO REFUNDS on this, even when you unknowingly order it for the front of your head. You are just out $50! ... show more
