My hair shedding significantly decreased within the first month!! I’m in my 2nd month and notice a slight visible difference. My only drawback, albeit SMALL, is the taste/aftertaste as I don’t like fish.

It takes a while but these are worth the results. I don't take all 4 capsules at once. I've found it works better for me to take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.

Understand, may take 6 months? 3 haircuts?...before knowing if it works or not. Have been letting my hair grow, don't if successful or not; except finger nails are stronger. Rating is benefit of the doubt.

Tried for 6 months before reviewing. Didn’t do anything for my hair. Didn’t help with shedding, shine, length, nothing. I kept purchasing hoping that they would kick in next month, or the next… Too expensive to keep waiting for SOME results.
