I was so hopeful for this product line since I see it advertised quite a lot for different products but I am so disappointed... So I got this drill 1 month and 5 days ago and it barely works, the motor is off or something, it slows down and stops randomly. Only got to use it 2-3 times 😡Now reaching out to customer service was mixed due to the window closed for sending this item back or getting a replacement (stores allow you a return within reason even if pass the window, now you might lose a couple dollars but they honor the return or exchange nonetheless) however how was I to know it was going to malfunction 5 days after that weird window anyways... Now it does have a warranty according to the manual and I was given the company contact info, I guess I will update this review once this is resolved. Update: I'm changing my rating from 1 to 4. Customer support is great they sent me a replacement right away. It's working very well so far. And with the ease of getting this resolved I'd definitely purchase with them again, since the customer service was very good 😊

Unfortunately, I am among the consumers who’s still stopped working. This is very unfortunate as I have only used the drill a handful of times. It is past the 30 day Amazon return, but there is a 6 month limited warranty. I have reached out to the company via email to see if they rectify the situation and then perhaps I will change my review. Very sad as the product worked well. I bc will have to go back to a corded drill :(

Used this for the first time today. I was impressed with how fast it was to charge it. The paper says one hour but the green light went on in about 30 minutes and it was dead when it arrived. There are lots of drill bits. Some I’m not sure I’ll ever use, but I love that it includes a lot of sanding bits. I used this to to help me with my dip nails, and while they didn’t turn out perfect, I know it’s more of me getting used to using the machine and not the drill itself. Overall for the price, what it includes and how well it worked, I would definitely recommend.

I really like this drill! So far I’ve used it for a set of nails and also a removal without even having to charge up! It has a pretty fast rpm it seems like so if I’m doing my natural nails I like to keep it on 1. It not loud at all and for the most part easy to use! (I haven’t looked into changing the direction yet)
