So far after several weeks, this mattress seems good. It is not too soft and not too firm. It does not sink anywhere. Got the 10 inch and it expanded to just over 9 inches. No one rolls over on each other as other reviews have stated. I don't know what the weight limit is on this but I'm only 115 lbs and so far no issues. it's firm enough to keep the shape when two are on the mattress. I put it on an IKEA Hemnes queen bed and it works and fits fine. Overall, a good purchase and no issues yet. ... show more

Needed a 10inch mattress for a loft bed. So I bought the 12 inch. It ended up at 10.5 inches. This is a really nice mattress. Just the right amount of memory foam. I think if a person is heavier like over 200 lbs I can see the mattress sinking faster. But got this for my kiddo 97lbs and they Love it!! ... show more

So a few things to note why I’m giving It two stars. It hasn’t been 72 hours yet but the mattress is at about 10 inches so I’m hoping it hits the 12 after 72 hours. When it comes to comfort I did a TON of research because I wanted something truly plush as reviews I read of so many that claimed to be plush were plush but firm! I did not want anything firm what so ever. The softness of the bed is perfect. It’s extremely comfy and a TRUE plush bed. Downside. I did not want to deal with a mattress return. The bed had a small hole in the fabric and snag once unwrapping. I decided to keep it instead of dealing with a return of a mattress like who has the patience for that and I’ve been sleeping on an air mattress and have had two mattress deliveries failed from another company so I don’t have the patience to wait for a new one now. I don’t believe the offered compensation in this situation was anywhere near what it should be as its brand new and I spent. Significant amount of money so that is the reason for the negative review. I plan on purchasing a mattress protector and hope that the hole isn’t going to get worse. But outside of that it’s extremely comfy and a true plush. ... show more

Good mattress for the price. Ordered 8 inch only got up to about 6 inches. But I had researched and most reviews on mattresses in a box had the same complaint so it was expected. Works great for my 4 year old daughter and as a guest bed.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt that it was important. I was really disappointed with this mattress. I made sure to follow all the directions by letting it fully expand the correct amount of time. It definitely did not expand to 10 inches. It is also VERY soft. You literally sink while laying down on it. This mattress is for my ten year old. She seems to like it. However, the more she grows I have to wonder how this will effect her back. I thought about returning it, but how??? I can’t just take a full size mattress over to the nearest Kohl’s Store and expect them send it back?!? Seriously, how do you return it?
