This product has such a variety of art supplies for children. Heck, I could even use some of them! Each type is individually wrapped in its own package which is resealable. This is such a wonderful idea. I’ll definitely purchase more from Carl and Kay.

This stencil set was okay for the price. I appreciate the many stencil selection, the mesh case and the paper sheets, but markers were dried out so I had to buy color pencil post purchase.

    • Entertaining and great quality
This stencil set will not disappoint! I am shocked how much my kids like it. I originally purchased it for my five year old daughter for Christmas but it quickly stood out as EVERYONES favorite gift. I have kids ranging from ages 10 to 3 and this has kept them quite entertained. I have mostly boys and they are hooked on these stencils. There is a good variety of stencils to choose from...farm, space, garden, dinosaurs, letters, textures, numbers, transportation...enough to spark everyone’s interest. The markers are of good quality too. The set comes With a bag which is really the only downside of the whole set. The bag is wonderful to keep everything in but tricky to actually put anything in. The bag size needs to be about one inch wider on each side in order to get the stencils back in without much trouble. I’ve found that by putting the solid texture sheet on the front and the sturdier alphabet sheet on the back with all other stencils in the middle the easiest way to get it back in the bag. Otherwise the stencil edges get caught and you can’t get them in. To me this is a minor problem. The value of the set surpasses the annoyance of the small bag. ... show more

    • Great for kids
I’ve ordered two of these sets of stencils. They are sturdy and my grandkids , ages 3-8 have used them over and over since Christmas. Highly recommend. Doug and Melissa toys are educational and fun at a good price. Comes with a storage soft case that keeps them all together.

    • Decent for price, but a bit thin.
There are lots of great items to stencil. These in my opinion are on the thin side. I used to often relate Melissa and Doug products with quality. My last four things I have gotten for my kiddos I think the quality has gone down. This is worth purchasing. However I am sure some of them will be breaking soon and difficult for younger kiddos to use as the many of the stencils move on some of the more intricate designs. Also the bag they came in is a straight up pain in the rear to put everything back in. Good luck having your kids put them away all by themselves haha ... show more
