Perfect to teach abc's
Size: 1 EA
Style: ABC
This is the perfect way to show your little one the alphabet. My sons only 2 and he has known his alphabet since he was 1 so the next best step is to teach him how to recognize the letters and this puzzle is perfect! What I do is lay all the puzzle pieces out and ask him for a letter if he gets confused and can't find it I can tell him for example give me the letter A for apple or alligator and he'll know right away because each letter has a picture on it. I feel it helps toddlers remember things more effectively. Over all I am ver pleased with the puzzle good quality very smooth on the edges and the pieces are perfect for toddlers and little hands because they are chunky and very easy to put in their spots.

Perfect for young puzzle lovers
Size: 1 EA
Style: ABC
This puzzle is amazing! Bright colors, great graphics, and very sturdy without being too heavy. I bought it for my not yet two year old who seems to prefer puzzles to blocks because I wanted to start familiarizing her with letters. On the positive side for someone wanting their money's worth, this puzzle has tons of pieces, for someone with a younger child like mine in can be a con since pieces often go missing, so I've decided to put it away until she is a little older. Like all Melissa and Doug chunky puzzles it's a hit because of the fact youth don't need to hold little pegs to place the pieces.

Another great Melissa & Doug puzzle!
Size: 1 EA
Style: ABC
Melissa & Doug make a lot of great puzzles. This one is also very well-made. Unlike some of their other chunky puzzles, the puzzle pieces are not painted. Instead, the printed letters are glued to the pieces. The glued paper hasn't peeled at all, though, and these pieces won't chip like the painted ones do. I gave this puzzle to my daughter at 22 months. It wasn't too much of a challenge, and she absolutely loved it. For each letter, there are pictures of two things that begin with that letter. We often talk about the letters while she does the puzzle. Some pieces may be choking hazards for little ones, but it's otherwise a great toy for toddlers who love puzzles.

Second Melissa & Doug puzzle - BOTH GREAT QUALITY!
Size: 1 EA
Style: ABC
I already have the Melissa and Doug numbers puzzle the same size as this alphabet puzzle. The numbers puzzle is over four years old and both of my grandsons have gotten a lot of good use out of it. It is also still in great shape! When the alphabet puzzle the boys were using fell apart I knew I wanted a Melissa & Doug alphabet puzzle. It is made with the same quality as the numbers puzzle and I am sure my grandsons will enjoy it for many years. I did not notice any strange odors from the new alphabet puzzle when it arrived. I also do not believe the company has been sold to anyone and is still owned by the original owners. I will continue to make Melissa & Doug toys my first choice when it comes to my grandsons.

The letters are colorful and study
Size: 1 EA
Style: ABC
i sent this to my granddaughter(19 months) and she was pleased with it. Her mom had requested it in a wish list and was disappointed that this Melissa and Doug Puzzle did not have the backside painted but otherwise enjoyed the color and variety of figuires and was worried that the "o" and Q" might possible be confused. Otherwise they look forward to spelling words as well as learning the alphabet.

Better Than Expected
Size: 1 EA
Style: ABC
It took me quite a while to finally come to the decision to buy this puzzle, because the design looks distracting in the pictures. It arrived this afternoon and the board looks great! Since the board is big and the letters are stroked, my 17-month-old had no problem completing the puzzle on her own even on her first attempt. The puzzle is of excellent quality too! So glad I ordered it!

Love it!
Size: 1 EA
Style: ABC
We love Melissa and Doug puzzles in our house! They are so bright and vibrant! This one in particular is great for any child new to learning the alphabet or what words begin with as each letter corresponds with an animals or some other item. It's very large too so it's easy for play time with more than one child as well which I love!
