Wow this play purse with accessories is awesome for older toddlers. It has nearly everything my grand daughter sees her mom and dad using each day. She mimics cell phone conversations, and puts a “lipstick” and “compact with makeup brush” into her purse, and places her sunglasses on herself before getting in her car seat. The play make up is fantastic, because it is completely mess-free, made of plastic and foam. Honestly my granddaughter has played more with this purse set than any other toy in her tiny sweet history. Just so you are aware, some of the pieces are smaller, so that is probably why the set is recommended for 3 year and older, to avoid choking hazard.

Everything your little girl needs to dress up! The soft travel purse contains all the makeup I remember playing with as a kid. And while it looks so real, even the sparkling eyeshadow, the makeup is completely fake but still a blast to play pretend with. My five-year-old daughter loves this. The surprise on her face when she just kept pulling new items out of the bag. Blush and eyeshadow and sunglasses and lipstick. Oh, she loves the lipstick! The item shipped early, and wasn't missing a piece. The sunglasses were shipped in a soft fabric bag with its own cleaning cloth. All the makeup pieces were wrapped individually for safe travel, and everything fit in the purse itself. When I unwrapped this item, I remember thinking, "Wow, this is luxurious for a kid's toy", but I guess that's what you should expect for $25. I recommend buying this for your little girl, or gifting it to the little girl in your life!

My grandchild really liked all the items that came with the purchase. I like that the purse was soft and roomy. Was able to stuff the items including some others. The accessories were fun to use, easy to hold on to, as well as no strands comes off the brushes. Mind you my 3 year old can handle the items. So the quality is pretty good , gma approved. I liked that there was all the items you need to do makeup.

We purchased this Makeup Purse Set for our 3 year old niece and I was concerned that she would be too "old" for it, but she absolutely LOVED it!! She immediately opened it up and started doing a "makeover" on her older sister! The only downside to me was that it came in a somewhat strange oriental box and she didn't know what to think of it when she opened it. She had no idea what it was and her Mom had to tell her. It's still giftable, but just know that the child you buy it for will probably not initially react like you might hope because of the box! It was worth the money to us and she really likes it.

This was a Christmas gift for my 3-year-old and it turned out to be her favorite! She can open all the items herself and loves to pretend that she is putting on the makeup. I was impressed with the quality of every item. The lipstick and lip gloss look real and the lipstick even twists up and down like real lipstick. The powder puff was also a nice addition and I love that the makeup brushes are all soft with pink ends so it looks like the makeup is on the brush. The phone is actually educational as well either a mode for numbers and alphabet. What a great product!

I bought this set for my 3 yr old to go with her new vanity. It was a huge hit and she loves playing with all of the "pretend" makeup, especially the lipstick. It has so many fun pieces, including a phone which makes different sounds, a really cute necklace with 3 charms (didn't realize it was in this set), sunglasses, cute quilted purse, credit cards and many other pieces. The makeup is brightly colored and looks real. I looked at many sets before I decided and I'm glad I purchased this one. The box it came in looked a bit cheap so I was worried about the items inside. I took them out of the box and put them in the purse to present it ...... no problem.
