It didn't come with any packaging, it's just a cardboard box and then it's the case, and the surface of the case has a bunch of scuff marks, also the plastic isn't "well blended," as in the plastic material has marks within em, so not an 100% even black color. The inside also feels kind of tough, and there's no foam bottom. However, it feels super sturdy (but also very heavy), so should get the job done. As for foam bottom, I just used the foam I plucked out placed horizontally, so not quite a big issue for me. ... show more

I purchased the hard case to store very valuable glass/art during traveling. I needed a MUCH larger case than the average case(12”x7”). I ordered this and when it arrived I was FLOORED. It is bigger than I thought, but not TOO big. Not too heavy(empty) either. I love the fact that it has steel lined holes for locking on both the front right, and front left of the case. The pull and pluck foam is perfect. I was able to store 4 large/fragile glass pieces in it, and all had their own perfect space where they couldn’t move due to the foam. It is perfect for glass, electronics, or any other fragile equipment. I’m ordering another. You shouldn’t hesitate for this price!! ... show more

The case does its job. But I wasted 25 minutes of my life scrubbing off this unnecessary paper sticker glued to the case. No customer needs nor wants this. Company saves maybe half a cent by using this garbage rather than any alternative that would be easy to remove. Puts the burden on the customer to clean off logistics labels. Meijia isn’t the company that does this, but many better companies learned that small details like this matter. ... show more

Heavy duty and well made. This is a serious case. Foam inside is pre cut in small maybe half inch squares that you can easily cut to fit or pull out to exactly form out the shape of what you want protected. Ingenious for a custom fit!! Strong latches that take a little strength to get open. These latches will not accidentally open!! Whatever you want protection for this is your case. ... show more

It feels really cheap, the hinges are cheap, and the product badge fell right off. Bought this for bicycle touring and this was a mistake. This thing takes up way too much space. For motorcycle or car travel its fine I guess. It still pretty cheaply made. Guess I'll pay for a pelican case.
