Thank you Meguiar's! I had the misfortune of trying some other Guys' tough mudder soap on one of my vehicles and was completely let down. I'm not sure why I had expected more. Favorite car shampoo by far. I detail cars for side money and this is my go to shampoo. I previously used gold class and this is a notch above it. A little goes a long ways and it has great lubricity to it. Might be me but it seems as though vehicles dry easier and with very little water spots after using this product. Very thick and only takes an ounce per gallon so you get your moneys worth. It does suspend dirt while washing and rinses easily. It is very weak so it doesn't remove any wax (I'm assuming). Both my vehicles are very well taken care of so washing is simple and this fits the bill. Only down side is this wash is horrible in a foam cannon. Not sure the reason but it becomes incredibly thin and doesn't cling or foam at all. Works well in a bucket, just not a foamer. ... show more

I've been testing out a variety of soaps and the lubrication this soap provides is superior to the others. Other soaps I have tested are Chemical Guys Pink, Griot's Brilliant Finish Car Wash, Armor and All Snow Foam Wash. All soaps produce a great amount of foam through the foam cannon however when washing the car by hand, Meguiars provides the most lubrication. ... show more

My review my be biased, as I am a big Meguiar’s fan. But I’ve used many different products from different companies, and have always found Meguiar’s products to be just as advertised. Not as expensive as the rest, and equally good results.

Not impressed. It leaves a noticable film. The water is hard here, but I don't have the film issue with hyper wash or the gold class soap.

Excellent product in every way. Works great in a foam canon and does well during contact washes. It does not strip any of the waxes and rinses off super quick.
