These like all hokas are high quality.I have two pairs of bondi 8 and a pair Clifton 9s. The cushioning is firmer but still comfortable and they look really good in the navy colorway. Should really be good after they break in.

My first purchase was the HOKA Bondi 8 & they are the best for support, as well the convenience of heel loop, on the back of the shoe for ease of putting them on & removing them . My second purchase being the style shown, Arahi 7, also good support , however , no heel loop too pull shoes on & off . I am requesting heel loop on on this style , as well as all styles of HOKA shoes , when you try to get them on without the loop to pull the back up with , the back heel space tends to smash down into the shoe 7 pushes the tongue forward into the front of the shoe and makes it very difficult to get shoe on properly. This makes it especially bad for customers with arthritus. Would like to try the various styles , but, refuse to invest in them without the heel loop . Thank ... show more

Purchased April 8 2025. Initially very thick soles, thought they would be great. The soles are already very flat, offering very little cushion or support after just 3 mths. Expensive and sole has not lasted. We have since purchased the Hoka Bondi, sole seems to be sturdier....we will see
