Probiotics are great for maintaining a healthy gut. This product has a wide variety of beneficial bacteria to help with that goal. The pills are easy to swallow with water and didn't cause me any problems. The pills are individually packaged in a foil blister pack to ensure freshness. It's hard to assess their benefit, but a healthy gut biome is well-understood to be important for overall good health and this product delivers a great variety of bacteria towards that goal. Recommended!

Pros: - Individually wrapped capsules, I like this because now I know did I take one or not. - One a day, don't need 2x+, don't need to take them multiple times through out the day, one and done. Cons: - A little pricy for 30 day supply. I would think this would be about 1/2 the price Somewhere in the middle: - I've been taking them daily, but admittedly not sure I've noticed a difference. Can't hurt to take them, but I can't really say if they are working.

I have been fermenting my personal probiotic product for several years utilizing an active live probiotic enzyme It is a bit of an hassle, however it does provide me with a 40 billion CFU active enzyme KEFIR, that I add to my morning cereal. These capsules are VERY Convenient compared to the process of producing it utilizing live cultures and whole milk.

I haven't noticed any negative effects taking this probiotic. In general, I don't notice much difference taking one versus not taking one, but I continue to do so to keep things healthy.

Interestingly, these are to be taken with food and drink, whereas most probiotics don't have that requirement. I have been extremely bloated lately, so I was really hopeful to see some results. I'm a huge fan of the MegaFood brand so I will continue to take it, but so far it's been 3 days and no results. Bloated as ever. I think it does eliminate gas though (sorry for the TMI :))

I definitely notice the difference in my gut activities, and everything is moving along much smoother now with no discomfort.
