We haven't used these yet but I wanted to forewarn anyone who considers buying these: it comes with a little piece of paper with "Smell removal instructions", as follows: "Due to our bottle is made of platinum silicone, its normal That there may exsit slight natural silicone smell. We Suggest below method to improve if you don't like it: 1. Boil the bottle in hot water for 5 minutes, dry it and them smell removes. 2. Fill the bottle with 2 gram or more red or green tea and at least 80% of 90oC or higher hot water. 3. Close the cap and seal the bottle for 2 hours, discard tea and water, dry it naturally. Then smell is basically removed." (Grammar and spelling is theirs except for the degree icon. That's my error.) I really didn't notice a bad odor but I boiled the bottle anyway. They are really quite cute.

I like this because it's smaller. I like to carry water when traveling but not a big water bottle! The water did have a funny taste initially but I followed the directions to get rid of it (to fill it with vinegar overnight) and the taste is gone! Do not let that stop you form getting it!

The flexible straw gets pinched where it enters the bottle and this creates difficulty with suctioning.

This is very basic. It doesn't leak when it's closed, even if you turn it upside down and shake it. It doesn't have a taste, even when I first opened it up. I was afraid I'd have to air it out, but nope! Water just tastes like water. This is not going to keep anything hot or cold. It's not meant to, so I wasn't expecting it. It's meant to fold up, and it does! Just don't fold it while it's got liquid in it because it squirts. Unless that's something you want to do. The picture makes it look like there might be 2. There is only one. This is $12 today, and there's currently a $3 coupon, so it's actually a pretty good value. This says it's 320 ml, which is a bit over 11 oz. It's not going to keep anything cold, and it doesn't hold enough to last a day, especially one outside in the heat. But it's good if you have an easily renewable water source, like the sink or a drinking fountain. This is good for theme parks that provide water, or maybe working in the yard. I also wouldn't put anything hot inside because it'll burn your fingers, and then cool off really quickly. But as a water cup that you can fold up and put in a vacation bag, I think this is a good thing.

I bought this because you should usually be able to bring it into concerts or events and keep your drinks contained and better insulated than when they just hand you the bottle without the lid. It's a cool design and easy to open and fill. A bit difficult to clean because of the shape, but that's pretty much to be expected with a niche product like this. One little thing I noticed the first time I opened it up, you might need to be conscientious when collapsing it, because the silicone of things like this tends to pinch if it isn't folding exactly as it's molded and that can often lead to a crack which would ruin the whole thing so make sure you're collapsing it uniformly.

When this bottle is collapsed it fits in the palm of my hand. Expanding it is simple and I am hoping the silicone material will hold up to regular use. I did not notice until after receiving the item that it says "hand wash only" in one location on the site and "dishwasher safe" in another part... so that is unclear. If hand wash only, that is a bit disappointing, but it is easy enough to clean by hand due to the extremely flexible sides. I plan to put it in the dishwasher and will provide an update if it is damaged. The capacity is relatively small, holding a bit less than a can of soda. You also have to be careful not to hold it too tightly or risk shooting the contents out from the pressure... but even filling this all the way I was able to comfortably hold the bottle without anything leaking out from the straw or vacuum valve. I plan to toss this in my backpack for trips so I can fill up in the airport and not take up a ton of space. With the straw cover closed, you can squeeze the bottle without leaking, so you may have an easier time stuffing this into a seatback than a regular bottle. When not travelling I may keep this tucked away in my car for use as needed. Compact, lightweight and no leaks... meets my expectations!
