Looking to save money from going to the nail salon, I bought this kit. It arrived quickly, and packaged very nice. Would even make a good gift. The kit has everything you need to get started. Everything was easy to use, and quality is top notch. The colors have great pigment. The bottles are on the smaller side, BUT, seeing that the colors are so pigmented, a little goes a long way. So far, I’m 2 weeks on my color, and going strong. My nails are weak, and no lifting or peeling, and still shiny.

Update- I tried the lighting process a little different. For each coat, I did 2-30 sec intervals under the light rather than 1-30sec or 1-60sec that was consecutive. This has allowed the application stay on much better. This kit has paid for itself now compared to the cost of a nail salon. The kit also comes with everything you need. This kit offers a great selection of colors. I did not like how the matte finish turned out. The glossy finish looked great but started peeling in a few days. I am not sure if I lacked something (even though instructions were followed) in the process or this is just the product. I did the same process 3 separate times with the same results on the polish peeling. The nail polish bottles are super tiny. The light was easy to use. I would like to try another brand of polish to determine if this is a process or product issue.

This gel nail kit is just okay. I loved how quick and convenient it was to use at home—the light worked perfectly and my nails were totally dry and done as soon as the light cycle finished. If you’re in a rush, you can get everything done in about 10 minutes with minimal nail prep. The kit also comes with a huge variety of colors, which is amazing for the price. That part definitely impressed me. But unfortunately, the polish just didn’t last. I had chips by day 2, and by day 3, whole nails were missing color. The quality just isn’t there if you’re looking for long-lasting gel nails. Great concept, but the formula needs improvement. I’m thinking of buying more expensive gel polish to use with the light.

I adore this nail polish set. Not only is it easy to use, you have a rainbow of gorgeous colors to choose from. It is a learning curve, as you need thin coats to cure properly, but a really quality manicure that lasts. I battle tested my mani by doing some light weeding and doing all my housework without gloves to see how durable the polish would be, and it was just as good and chip resistant than the $50 gel mani I get at the salon. This set pays for itself with just one application. Between myself and my daughter, we have already done 2 manis and a pedi each in the first two weeks of owning the kit. If you have a nail girl in your household, this kit is a must.

For the price you pay with these you honestly really do get quite a few gel polishes however don't be confused while you do get quite a few they are very small in size as far as quality goes I would say that they rate about lower mid-rangeish they absolutely get the job done and they are good colors they go on very good they're just a little bit too thick and consistency which is kind of a pain and they take about 90 seconds under the lights to completely cure/dry, the main reason that I opted for this package was affordability it's pretty affordable for what it comes with which is quite a selection of colors for gel polish as well as some decent files a light and top coat base coat and Matt finish overall I would say the best part about this is the light the light works well enough and is a super nice size and makes the purchase worth it where the Polish is lacking

So I’ve cracked the code on how to get a GREAT manicure with this extra set. First you wanna get a $10 amazon drill for your cuticles to look professionally manicured.. it’s worth it. So you’ll do you nails as the directions says but use the light twice as long, so I’ll click the 90sec button and do that twice for base coat, use 90sec for each layer of color, and do 90sec 3 times for the top coat to really seal it in. THEN.. I take my drill and get all of the imperfections I messed up on, then I buff my nails with a soft end of a file. Then I put another base coat (use light for 90sec x2), one layer of color (light for 90sec), and then one top coat - ONLY one layer of top coat or it will look funky - and put your nails under the light for 90sec x3. And you have a perfect manicure that lasts 3+ weeks. You’ll sometimes get chips but can easily file and fix. To take it off you’ll need 100% acetone, small bits of cotton balls and aluminum foil. You’ll file you nails really good and cover with soaked acetone piece of cotton ball 10min, then use something to scrape it off. And with my method you’ll need to do it twice to really get it all off. It’s time consuming but worth it and it will get easier and faster as you go!

The Kit came with a ton of useful tools. My partner has been struggling with the traditional nail polish and the low price of this kit made me want to get it for her. It works great and comes with a wide selection of colors and finishes. The UV light did have some down sides as it comes with a fairly short plug and does not use a USB-C connection. The cord is around 5 foot which is good if you have a dedicated station but not so great if you want to do it from the couch or bed. Overall its a product that if curious about the UV kit for nails will absolutely get you started on the right path. The value is worth is to get the amount of colors you do, although half the size of a regular polish, work great.
