This pair of blue light blocking glasses has a very stylish cateye frame, the lenses has a tint of blue. It is pretty comfortable to wear and lightweight. It comes with a pouch, cleaning cloth, mini screwdriver, and a blue light testing card. I wasn't sure if this pair of glasses worked or not but I do feel less exhausted after staring at my computer screen for a long period of time. My favorite thing about these glasses is that they are much cuter than many others I've seen. They seem fairly sturdy, similar to regular prescription glasses. I wouldn't imagine they're as effective as some of the much more expensive blue light blocking glasses since the lenses are light rather than reddish in color. But I do notice my eyes feel less strained at the end of the day and I start to feel a little sleepier rather than wired before bed, so I believe the glasses are blocking at least some of the blue light from screens and artificial light sources. The glass is also come with a soft pouch which is a nice addition, all the way hard case would offer better protection from scratches or other damage. A cleaning cloth and mini screwdriver tool are also included, which I appreciate. I didn't quite understand the little blue light test that came with it though. ... show more

My girlfriend wanted these new glasses just for fun. She likes the look and feel of them. They look great on her. The quality is between throw away reading glasses and name brand frames. They have an orange tint which I think helps with blue light blocking but I'm not sure how effective they are. Her eyes have the same amount of tiredness with or without these glasses. When I first put these on, they didn't feel like they were doing anything. But when I took them off after an hour using them, it was like my monitor was burning with the fury of the sun. The effects aren't noticeable in the moment, but these are doing their job quite well. Not only did I feel the effect during the work day, I used it while watching TV and playing games on my iPad in the evening, and it helped me feel sleepy faster than normal when I do that. It comes with a bright blue keychain light and a test card. The instructions were a little confusing, but basically if you shine the light on the test card, you'll see a dark purple spot appear almost instantly. Then if you put the glasses over the card and shine the light through the lens, you'll see it cuts the effect almost completely. The glasses have wire frames, but they are sturdy ones. It fits my head comfortably in its default state, but I tried bending the arms to see how difficult it would be and I think I would need to apply heat to be able to really be able to adjust if needed. But the joints are spring loaded, so they're designed not to clamp too close to a relatively average-sized head right out of the box. The only thing I would note is that if you are doing any art or graphic design work where color is important, this does have a subtle effect on blue coloration--which you probably could have guessed if you do such work, but FYI. ... show more
