there's a lot of separated oil in this tube, maybe it's a cost cutting weight thing? but it means that when you apply the paint to your pallet it comes out in a puddle of oil that you have to soak up. if you try to mix it in, the paint takes forever to dry and has a different sheen to the other pigments. the color itself is a standard deep, cool blue, mixes weakly, doesn't hold saturation [but thats standard for all ultramarines, and it holds up better than smalt blue] ... show more

I ordered Burnt Sienna and I just opened it, put some on my palette and used a bit without thinking. It says Burnt Sienna but it is the color of Raw UMBER. WHERE ARE YOU GETTING YOUR PAINT PRODUCED? I would reconsider where.,your quality control is lousy.,it is back to Grumbacher or VanGogh for me.
