Tried this for the first time a couple days ago, andthe shampoo is very nice. My hair (which is picky!) likes the shampoo, and it tells me within two hours if it does not approve of a new shampoo. The scent is nice, and really reminded me of cookies.

As so many others have said, who would have thought that you could fall so fully in love with a product you were given to use while in the hospital?!? But it's true! I use this mostly as a bodywash and love how cleanly it rinses off without leaving an icky film, while still leaving your skin soft and clean. And it works just as well as a shampoo, as long as you follow it with a conditioner. I now have this product, the body lotion, and the foaming cleanser which I use on my face all the time. Recieved this item at postpartum department as a patient and has not stopped using it. It's best used in my odor areas ( armpits, vagina, rectal) externally. Does not irritate, moisturize , and eliminate odors. Areas feel so clean after usage. I only used other typical body wash floral soap for the other body areas ... show more

This was great for my bedridden MIL. You can wash your whole body with very little movement of your loved one. Or if you have sensitive skin this is perfect. It has a light scent for those that are very sensitive & very gentle on the skin. We also use lotion afterwards of course & it's also a great way to give your loved one some circulation movement while washing & putting on lotion. It's safe for babies, their eyes & skin too. This is on my list of subscribe & save items. If you've ever been in a hospital you may have seen this product line there. Years ago I was & yes, I'm going to admit it, I brought a bottle home with me. I was very pleased to find it available on Amazon and I've purchased two of the bottles since finding it. You can use it for both a shampoo & body wash. I mostly use it just as a body wash as even though I've gotten older - my hair still tends to be oily so I use shampoos geared for that. Where I live I have hard water & when I was younger my skin seemed to tolerate that type of water better - never had any effects & because of my job I took showers every day, no dryness or itching issues. Well, I started having dryness issues, I guess my now mature skin doesn't like hard water so I went looking for a cleansing product that wasn't drying and found Medline Remedy. Like I said above, I feel clean after using it, sometimes when I use lotion I feel kinda sticky - now lotion is different from a body wash but depending on what's in the body wash you may feel sticky after washing, that's not the case with this. When I touch my skin it feels smooth & soft -- I wish it would also de-age my skin, but it doesn't & as they say you can't have everything! lol It lathers up nice, not excessively overdoing the lather like some products. I too, like everyone else buying these, had originally tried it in the hospital and was obsessed and brought home extras as a gift from the lovely nurses. When I finished my last bottle I was so excited to see they sold it on Amazon and in even bigger quantities. This cleanser is super gentle and leaves your skin soft and supple after cleansing. I don't use it to remove make up since it's not a deep cleanser but I use it as my second cleanser once my skin is clean and it restores the nutrients I stripped from it. Also great for in the morning to just gently wash your face. There's a mild soft and sweet scent, it's a mellow vanilla smell but it isn't a fragrance, it's literally vanilla planifolia fruit extract and it's a nice scent. Paired with the phytoplex moisturizer this is a perfect combo. All in all, absolutely worth it and a staple in my skin care routine. ... show more
