I fell face first on a steep hill. Stuck both my arms out to brace the fall and broke the radial head bone in my elbow. Prognosis was 6-8 week recovery. Dr felt that anti inflammatories only hinder recovery and no ice for same reason. Forearm blew up the size of a small loaf of bread and a huge bruise showed up under my forearm. Here’s the fun part. I was scheduled to fly cross country in two weeks for training for a brand new job. I immediately went to my acupuncturist and she recommended T-Relief. Bottom line it immediately reduced pain and swelling. The bad bruise went away in a week. I used it constantly and by the time I reached my training I ditched my sling and was able to function at 80%. All within 2 weeks!!
