Very pleased with this cleanser! Having a really sensitive skin and chemical sensitivity, I was at first skeptic about any non-American products. Everybody heard about some horror stories about products from overseas since FDA cannot test those sites. Doing more research found out Korea has similar high safety standard as the European Union in regard to product safety and health. However, reading more about Korean facial products and their potency {working slowly from the inside to do their job, compared to American harsh products, instant - but short lived- results and some rashes late), I decided to give them a try. Have to mention: I finally found a non-harsh, gentle but potent cleaner. It is a cream, but applied water to it, it turns into a nice foam like consistency. I use cotton oval facial cleaning pads to apply only a little bit and cleanse my face with it. It has a very, very little, but pleasant fragrance and removes even waterproof make up very well without breaking out in tears. After a week I can definitely see the difference: skin is tighter, soft and the appearance of my pores look somewhat smaller too. Best of all my skin never developed a rash or became more sensitive. No other side effects were noted. I will try several other products from Mediheal in the future to see which ones are working the best for me. Highly recommend this facial cleaner!

I had a few breakout here and there when i first bought it. I think its because my skin wasnt use the the mositure level. Make sure your rinse it off completely. Your skin might feel dry afterwords like mine. I just follow it up with some cerve moisturizer and retinol and sun screen. Its leaves your skin soft all day.

I have sensitive skin and was kind of nervous to try a new brand. I’m usually a Clinique-only girl, and have been for years but recently with a change in hormones, my cleanser wasn’t working and I was ready to try something new. I’d read about Korean Beauty products before but had never tried them and had no interest in it until I saw an article talking about this brand. At $8.99 I figured that I didn’t have much to lose if it didn’t end up working. I’ve been using this everyday and I can honestly say my skin has never been smoother. In fact, my husband has even started using it after liking the results I’ve had. I also have been using their sheet masks a couple nights a week and will keep doing so. The scent is light and the cleansing is deep but gentle. Definitely recommend!

I have been on the hunt for a great facial cleanser for a long time! I have normal to dry skin btw. This cleanser has the consistency of almost a moisturizer (but it feels like a cleanser). It does foam but, not a whole lot (which is actually a good sign of the cleanser not being too harsh/ stripping). This cleanser would be great for sensitive skin ppl. Really fabulous cleanser, really rich formula. Really good ingredients too, glad to niacinamide in the ingredients list (s/o to Korean skincare man). Leaves your skin feeling clean, soft, and conditioned (if that makes sense) I really have no dislikes about it, it’s my favorite cleanser alongside my aha/ bha one. Highly recommend this brand overall.
